Selling and buying a home can be very exciting and sometimes challenging. I am a dedicated. dependable and professional New York State Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent who will help you from the beginning of your real estate transaction to the closing. Buyers - Together we can unlock the door to your new home. You need to:

  • Let me know what your wants and/or needs are in a home
  • Obtain a Pre-Approval Letter from your bank. A Pre-Approval will help me locate a home for you in your price range.
  • Be prepared to make an earnest money deposit ($500 to $1,000) when you make an offer.

    Things I can do for you:

  • Attend weekly meetings, tour new listings, and check the Multi Listing Service daily to find homes that have features you requested in a home
  • Keep in touch with you via e-mail and/or by phone
  • Set up appointments to view homes with you
  • Prepare a purchase offer for your new home
  • Do a final walk through before the closing & attend the closing
  • Oversee other service providers such as Attorney, Surveyor, Loan Provider, etc.

    Sellers - together we can sell your home in a timely fashion. You need to:

  • Prepare your home for marketing
  • Have your home available for prospective buyers
  • Be available via phone or cell phone

    Things I can do for you:

  • Present your home to agents at weekly office meetings
  • Keep in touch with you via e-mail and/or phone
  • Plan and hold Open Houses
  • Take pictures of the inside and outside of your home & post them on the Multi Listing Service
  • Help prepare pricing (CMA) & advertise your home
  • Relocation referrals thorugh our Referral Department
