If you are being married in the Finger Lakes Region, Southern Tier, Central NY (CNY) or Northern PA and would like to share this happy time with your friends and have your engagement announcement appear on Special Event Network, fill out and submit our on-line engagement form.  There is no charge for this service.  Your engagement may also be included on the Engagement page of the Horseheads Shopper if you wish.  Just check the box on the Engagement Form.
