Linens
Linens come in various sizes, colors, and materials such as poly, damask, poly stripe, pintuck, checks, stripes, lame', spandex, etc.
Chair Covers
Chair Covers are available for folding or hotel-style chairs in various colors and can be used with or without a sash or bow.
Linen Overlays
Linen overlays can be round or square and they also come in various sizes and fabrics. Use a larger overlay and swag it for added elegance. Check with your caterer or rental company to see what size and color linens they have available
Table Height
The standard table height is 30". Tall cocktail tables are generally 42" high.
3 ft ( 36") Round Table - Seats 2-4
96" round linen - 30" drop - will go to the floor
90" round linen - 27" drop - 3" off the floor
72"x72" square linen - 21" drop
54"x54" square linen - 9" drop on sides & 19" drop on the points
Overlay - use a 54"x54" square linen for an overlay if you are using a round linen
4 ft (48") Round Table - Seats 4-6
108" round linen - 30" drop - will go to the floor
96" round linen - 24" drop - 6" off the floor
90" round linen - 21" drop - 9" off the floor
72"x72" square linen - 12" drop
Overlay - 54"x54" square linen - 3" drop
5 ft (60") Round Table - Seats 6-8
120" round linen - 30" drop - will go to the floor
108" round linen - 24" drop - 6" off the floor

132" round linen - 30" drop - will go to the floor
120" round linen - 24" drop - 6" off the floor

90"x90" square linen - 9" drop on sides 26" drop on points

- 72"x72" square linen - decorative - to the edge of the table
- 54"x54" square linen - decorative on the top of the table
3 ft (36") Round, 42" tall Cocktail Table
120" round linen will go to the floor
- For a fun, or formal look, a 132" round linen can be tied half-way down with a tie, creating an hourglass effect and this will pull the linen up enough to have it just touch the floor. Use a black linen with a gold or silver lame' or a white tie for a formal look.
- For a more casual look, use a 54"x54" square, 72"x72" square, 85"x85" square, or a 90"x90" square
- A 20x20 linen napkin in the center of the table under your centerpiece will add color.
- A mirror square or circle on top of the napkin will add vibrance to the centerpiece.
6 ft (30"x72") Banquet Table - Seats 6
72"x120" banquet linen - 21" drop on sides - 24" drop on ends (for seating)
90"x132" linen - drapes a 6 ft banquet table to the floor (specialty linen....can be used in place of skirting the table & is available in many colors)
- For a draped look using 2-90"x90" linens, overlap them in the center and place a 72"x72" square linen with the points going towards the floor over the overlapping seams
Overlays - 54"x54" square or 72"x72" square linen for a draped or skirted table
8 ft (30"x96") Banquet Table - Seats 8
72"x120" banquet linen - 21" drop on sides - 12" drop on ends (for seating)
90"x156" linen - drapes an 8 ft banquet table to the floor (specialty linen....can be used in place of skirting the table & is available in many colors)
Overlays - 54"x54" square or 72"x72" square linen for a skirted table
Napkins
- most linen napkins are 20"x20"
- available in many colors and fabrics
- can be used under your centerpieces for added color on your table
- use in bread baskets, and for decorating buffet tables
